The Center for Food Safety and Regulatory Solutions
The Center for Food Safety and Regulatory Solutions is focused on improving food safety and food processing efficiencies, operational and product troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance by providing a platform of expertise, tools, operational & food safety software, on-line and on-site training utilizing a staff of experienced food industry and food regulatory professionals.
CFSRS offers many programs to members of the food processing community including on-site evaluations, workshops such as the Advanced HACCP Implementation Workshop, The Food Safety Modernization Act Webinar, Implementing SQF 2000 Systems Workshop, and the plant equipment sanitation and pasteurization.
More specific responsibilities at CFSRS include SQF Practitioner, Advanced Dairy & Juice HACCP training, SQF and BRC program development, as well as GAP analysis of food processing plants related to food safety, quality and processing efficiency.
CFSRS also has Spanish language capability.
